A MONSTER OF A TIME
In order to get the consent of individual human souls to agree to give up their human grace and human pattern – there are many cultural tools employed by the Nephilim, the fallen as they try to disconnect human souls from their pattern of loving grace in Christ.
By the use of Media and Arts, music lyrics, tribal unaesthetic music and by images that distort visions of human love and nurture – evil is made to be cool. In some films – providing you can keep up with the insensitive monster – you may get to come along for the ride. By fomenting a social jungle and then showing the old and the weak to be failed meat in movies whilst the anti-hero wins the day – a hard, cruel but seemingly reasonable guy – we can start to have the impression that we can make some sort of deal with the devils.
We are encouraged to believe that we can be a chosen one, a golden child, a special one and that great advantageous gifts are just there to be instantly acquired.
We can become the most favoured and special weakling on a quest, or an apprentice to weird arts, or we can gain powers of green or blue, and create storms and throw the elements around – we can learn in dark books of magic – be the golden one – acquire gifts of strange things – without doing any work - be more than human – have a bestial side – and generally treat ordinary people who have not these things or desires to have them as ‘muggles’ or fodder for some evil movie bloodfest or shootout.
Ordinary people become merely disposable extras in your megastar movie of would-be godhood.
Somehow the monster is made to be more special than the loving man or woman – the monster in us is our only way ahead because the enemies of evil have amassed great advantages – heck it can be presented that being a monster has great advantages, and often it is presented to us that engaging the maelstrom of distortion and evil by fighting fire with fire – the fire of our mind and ego – is the only way forward. Sure there are cunning, powerful evil immortals who can take hold of your soul but if you say the magic words you might have a chance and by good fortune certain soul death, death or capture is avoided in those movies where the weakened hero got lucky.
People though don’t get lucky like that in satans domain – and they fail because they turned their backs on the grace of human love and our highest pattern of Salvation that is our brother and family, Christ.
Somehow the message has gotten into some people that in order to survive the evils of this pit and jungle they must harden their hearts and become a bestial predator – but its ok because some monsters are real cool.
Ending a vision of human grace we are to turn towards an ecological mother earth – birther of millions and millions of wombless forms, insecta, worms, bacteria – a metaphysical womb for every biological non-human form – and it seems ok because we can project our Walt Disney anthropomorphisms onto bestial motives and behaviours to make animals seem almost human and humans seem almost animal.
Monsters do not draw from and resonate with the human vine of love in Christ, [John 15] they don’t get filled to fullness with the life that is the Holy Spirit, [John 10.10] instead they head off – bound off to target their next living victim to acquire as much energy as they can scavenge before their own life runs out, and its energy storage devices or herds are depleted.
So we see people take the Way of the Beast and biological death – driven and enhanced by nihilistic demonic attachments set on consuming their souls. People take this way of death because they do not choose loving graceful human life.
Our news stories are full of disgraceful injustices to graceful people and our media and movies have monsters with contempt for the weak as the message of Social Darwinism is driven into us with legislation such as UN Agenda 21.
Despite the pitfalls and snares of the fallen I believe that prayer is the answer.
Here though is the hope for us that is in Christ – the first quote from John has us in stealth mode after prayer and the second quote from the letters of Paul has us beamed up and out i.e. Translated.
John 3:8 ‘The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.’
Colossians 1:12 ‘Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness,
Here is an example of how we can entreat the Saints and Angels in our heavens and mansions above us as we strive to make our way through this vale and jungle of sorrow and tears.
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us. And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us pray: O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life: grant, we beseech Thee, that meditating upon these mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen
